Lexstop Law Firm LLC’s Code of Conduct
The following outlines our code of conduct for everyone that works for us or with us. Although it is a code of conduct for everyone that works for us or with us, we hope our client’s strive to follow a similar example.
1.) We will treat everyone with dignity, respect, and friendliness. We will strive to treat others better than they would like to be treated.
2.) We will always try to extend a helping hand. Regardless of whether a client comes to us with something as simple as a speeding ticket or as complex as a deadly car accident, we will try to help them or refer them to a lawyer who can.
3.) We will be honest and fair with others. Integrity is our most important virtue.
4.) We will always try to show clients how much we care before we show them what we know.
5.) We will strive to continually improve our communication skills. If someone calls with a concern or question, we will make our best efforts to respond within 24 hours or the next business day except in cases of emergency.
6.) We will strive to continually improve our listening skills to better understand our client’s desires, expectations, and needs so that we can continue to improve.
7.) When we see a victim of unfortunate circumstance or the victim of an accident, we will support him or her with compassion.
8.) When we see someone do a good deed, we will support him or her with joy and delight.
9.) We will work diligently to come up with the best course of action for our clients given their needs, budget, and time constraints.
10.) If we fail to fulfill any of the above in any regard, we will always work to do better in the future.
